But as Janoubi said, even if true, still not a good reason. An immoral leader can just confiscate their lands and banish them, or even enslave them. Why was he hell bent on exterminating them? Gassing children, etc.
So yes, psychopathy, racism based on erroneous "science", and the need to scaremonger (بعبع) seem to be the reasons that led to these horrific events.
The straightforward answer to your question and without Falsafah is to create Israel.( secret cooperation between Jews and Nazis )

He especially admired the muslims' religious fanaticism and Islam's holy version of antisemitism. The Arabs were arguably far more anti-Jewish than the Italian fascists and the Japanese, and so as early as the 1930s you had German diplomats like Fritz Grobba who were reaching out to the Arabs, disseminating Arabic translations of certain passages of Mein Kampf and Radio Berlin broadcasting in Arabic. When Hitler's plans for an alliance with Britain fell apart, he started to actively support the Arabs (although he was careful not to anger the Italians, who weren't too fond of Arab nationalism to say the least).

You need to keep in mind that the Nazis' racial and eugenic guidelines were entirely flexible and were designed to suit German interests, the best illustration of this reality is Göring's famous phrase: "I decide who is a Jew." This is why the Germans decided to decimate the Slavs by setting up the Generalplan Ost despite the fact that some Nazi ideologues (such as Alfred Rosenberg) viewed the Slavs as Aryans. Same thing with the Arabs, while Hitler initially deemed them to be racially inferior, the Germans ended up providing massive support to them and even declared Amin Al Husseini to be an "honorary Aryan". Same thing with the Japanese, whom he declared to be honorary Aryans and sided with against the British.
Do you think if the DNA science was available during Nazi's time would push them to be more aggressive and fanatics against other nations like J1,J2,E1,G,H Haplogroups and many Jews of the same german HG R1b would be saved from Holocaust.
If DNA science was available in the time of Nazis most of the Jews were saved from Holocaust as most of them carry same Haplogroup of Germans R1b Haplogroup ( Aryan Race )

Most Jews do not carry haplogroup R1b, well over 75% carry haplogroups J1, J2, E-M35.1 and other Near Eastern uniparental markers instead. Population genetics would've merely reinforced the Germans' anti-Jewish attitudes, as the results would've vindicated their claim that Jews are not, in fact, Aryan. On the other hand, it also would've created several problems, for example it isn't hard to imagine the Ahnenerbe resorting to DNA testing with ancient samples, this would've ultimately led to the discovery that Eastern Europeans are genetically closer to the earliest Indo-Europeans (including the Aryans) than Germans or other Northern Europeans are. In turn, they probably would've covered this up and put the emphasis on the Germanisation of Eastern Europe (through the Lebensborn for example) instead of proceeding with the extermination of the Slavs. In the same way, the fact that Sicilians, South Italians, Cretans and other Aegean Greeks are extremely similar to Jews probably would've had some serious consequences, not only in terms of "racial hygiene" (in relation to the occupation of Greece) but also in terms of foreign policy (the alliance with Fascist Italy would've been in peril) and ideology.

I'm quite sure the Nazis would've run DNA tests on the entire German population.
