I don't know if I can agree with this. Money is easily transited through Kuwait into Iraq and once it hits Iraq easily moved to other locations.

As I said, I don't know if I can agree. That's not to say that there is not evidence of monies being transmitted through these countries. The question arises to whom these monies are going to, is it IS or other rebel factions? News reports do suggest that these monies are going to other rebel factions. That does raise the question of who these rebel factions are allied with?

The alternative press has noted for months that Israel is supporting jihadis in Syria. But Israel has consistently denied these allegations … until now.The Times of Israel reported 3 weeks ago:
Defense Minister Moshe Ya’alon said Monday that Israel has been providing aid to Syrian rebels, thus keeping the Druze in Syria out of immediate danger. Israeli officials have previously balked at confirming on the record that the country has been helping forces that are fighting to overthrow Syrian President Bashar Assad.
    ***
“We’ve assisted them under two conditions,” Ya’alon said of the Israeli medical aid to the Syrian rebels, some of whom are presumably fighting with al-Qaeda affiliate al-Nusra Front to topple Syrian President Bashar Assad. “That they don’t get too close to the border, and that they don’t touch the Druze.”
Al Nusra is Al Qaeda, and closely affiliated with ISIS. And remember, there have NEVER been any “moderate Syrian rebels” … only Islamic Sunni jihadis.

As Vice President Joseph Biden admitted:
The fact of the matter is . . . there was no moderate middle. . . . [O]ur allies in the region were our largest problem in Syria. . . . They poured hundreds of millions of dollars and . . . thousands of tons of weapons into anyone who would fight against Assad except that the people who were being supplied were Al Nusra and al-Qaeda and the extremist elements of jihadis.
(Leaked NSA documents also show that Israeli special forces assassinated a top Syrian government official.)Not all Israelis support this effort. For example, Jacky Hugi – an Arab affairs analyst for Israeli army radio – recently wrote:
    Israel should back Assad
    ***
Anyone who wonders why is invited to look at neighboring Iraq or distant Libya. What’s happening there is likely to happen in Syria after President Bashar al-Assad.
    ***
In choosing between one bad thing and another, the balance tips toward the regime. The Israeli security establishment should gradually abandon its emerging alliance with the Syrian rebels
    ***
The survival of the Damascus regime guarantees stability on Israel’s northern border, and it’s a keystone to its national security.
    ***
It is a dangerous, irresponsible gamble to choose Assad’s enemies and encourage his collapse — it would be playing with fire. The prominent elements among Israel’s potential future neighbors are mainly Jabhat al-Nusra, al-Qaeda’s branch in Syria, or the Islamic State ….

Israeli Defense Minister Moshe Ya’alon admitted Israeli support for ISIS and other takfiri terrorists, calling them Syrian rebels – failing to explain they’re imported from scores of countries… There are no so-called “moderates” among them.Since Obama waged war on Syria in March 2011, Israel bombed government targets multiple times. It continues supplying terrorist elements with weapons, munitions and other support. Over 1,000 of their wounded fighters were treated in Israeli hospitals, helping them recover to resume waging terror on Syria.Ya’alon claiming Israeli policy excludes “getting involved in the Syrian war” is a lie.Israel’s long-range goal is unchallenged regional hegemony, independent governments eliminated in Syria, Iran and Lebanon, area nations balkanized into mini-states for easier control, undeclared Israeli borders expanded to incorporate territory of neighboring states. On November 24, The Voltaire Network said journalist Sharri Markson got firsthand accounts from wounded jihadist terrorists receiving treatment at Israel’s Ziv Medical Centre, “specialising in war traumology…government-run and linked to the Israeli Defence Forces.”Their recovery is aided to help them “continue the jihad in Syria.” Israeli security forces detained and interrogated her in a “heavy-handed” way for exposing what they want kept secret. In September 2014, a photo of Netanyahu and Ya’alon visiting terrorists receiving care in an Israeli hospital went viral online – Netanyahu seen shaking a terrorist’s hand.According to the al-Araby al-Jadeed newspaper, “Israel has in one way or another become the main marketer of ISIS oil. Without them, most ISIS-produced oil would have remained going between Iraq, Syria and Turkey. Even the three companies would not receive the oil if they did not have a buyer in Israel.”In October, Iraqi security forces captured an Israeli colonel, Yuri Oulen Shahak, working directly with ISIS terrorists. He explained Netanyahu’s criminality during interrogation, one more example of Zionist evil.He directly “participated in the ISIL group’s terrorist operations,” according to Iraqi authorities.Stephen Lendman lives in Chicago. @jamez Both the above postings only confirm what I have said in that monies are making their way to rebels. I believe Stephen Lendman has taken some journalistic freedom including IS in his article while referencing Sharri Markson's article in the Voltaire Network article as it makes no mention of IS but does reference Al Nusra and Al Qaeda.

Biden's remarks are well known along with Israel's treatment of injured rebels. I also remember reading Jacky Hugi's remarks. So, in all fairness, what you have posted above is not news, at least for me.
