Not Al Manar, in fact I've read it on a jewish website!
Anyway are you expert on Judaism ? There are many jews around here they can speak for themselves!
Many sects have favourable views for Satan, the Yazidis are one example of such groups...

    Here's a snippetfrom http://www.jewishanswers.org/ask-the...-satan/?p=2566
I'm not sure if I'mviolating rules by not clearing links. If I am then spank me.

In Christianity,Satan is an enemy of G-d, an opposing force, and something very bad. InChristianity, Satan has a level of power that is considered almost equal tothat of G-d. In the Christian bible (2 Corinthians 4:3-4), Satan is called thegod of this world. However, in Judaism Satan is an agent of G-d, created by G-dfor a specific purpose, and something very good. Satan is simply an agent ofG-d, just as all the other angels are simply agents of G-d. This is why wefrequently see passages where the author appears to interchange G-d and anangel (leading to the often erroneous Christian concept of a christophony).

    Here's Islam's view,I suppose.
Muslims believe thatthe Devil does indeed exist, however the Muslim belief is different to that ofother religions. Muslims believe that the Devil, named Iblees, is from the Jinn(another creation alongside Humans and Angels), he is not a fallen angel likehow the Judeo-Christian beliefs describe him to be. According to Islam, Ibleeswas from amongst the righteous Jinn before his arrogance and defiance to Godcaused his downfall. He then swore to misguide as many people as possible anddeclared war against those who try to follow Gods religion.

I'm the devil, my late mother always assured me of that.

We have respectful adversarial debates that go back many years.

Who would claim to be that, who was not.
