Default How much wine do you drink yearly?

Today I finished my first bottle of wine of 2013, drink 60% of it last night and the remainder today.

    Just a cheap blend.

Last year I figure I drank about 15 bottles, 4 beers and a few ounces of hardstuff. Not much.

Average Frenchman drinks 51 bottles alone each year! Staggering.

Wine is really the only drink I enjoy. Relaxing, peaceful, alleviating.

I was wondering how much other members drink, and what do you drink when you do?

I am a french food enthusiast but not much into wine to be honest.
I prefer Baileys over wine if I had to choose an alcoholic drink.

Ditto, except change bottles to glasses and bourban to rye.

I had some Wolfblass Shiraz 2011 tonight, also had Wolfblass on Christmas, it was my contribution by request to the diner.

This past year I drank mostly Canadian ones from Ontario's Niagara region especially, local for us.

Love wine, but I wouldn't go to the length of 51 bottles a year (one every week); I would say around 30 that I share with family and friends, my share would be arounf 10

Wine is a very enjoyable drink. At a bottle of week it seems as if it would be excess on your liver.

That is probably the only thing that stops me, health repercussions down the road.
