    Default cassoulet Shekib style

    This is for the pork lovers, or as hitchens would call it "the other human meat":

    - you basically get some pork fillet, from whereever you can find it in lebanon. It should be pink.
    - you get some pork sausage, or something like it.
    - now it is your choice if you want to use jambon, spam or anything that is basically pork.
    - you get some cooked white beans.
    - you get tomatoes, and put them in a blender, until you have tomato paste.
    - you get a bell pepper and some spicy peppers (just a couple).

    Preparation:
    you should use some pot and add butter
    - you first fry the raw pork until it is well cooked.
    - You then add the other precooked pork ( jambom sausage etc..)
    you fry for a bit then add the peppers and fry some more.
    You then add the beans and the tomatoes. You then cook slowly for about half an hour.
    and that's it.

    it tastes better than the canned ones if it is prepared well.

    cassoulet is made with prok and sometimes with duck in addition to the pork.
